As we make our way through Disney World at the start of the new year, we’re keeping our eye out for the upcoming attractions, restaurants, and experiences arriving in 2021. But, we’re also taking a look at the biggest deals and discounts you can find in the parks and online for Disney World right now!

The first month of the New Year is already filled with amazing things like the return of Park Hopping and Disney World’s 50th anniversary. Now, we’re taking a look at the hotel and ticket discounts being offered in Disney World in January. 

Two Free Park Tickets

If you plan on heading to Disney World throughout the year, you can score an additional TWO days of free theme park tickets when you book a 4-night/3-day room and ticket package. That means you’ll get a total of 5 days of park exploration for the price of only a 3-day ticket! (UM, SCORE.)

The promotion started on January 8th and runs through September 25th so you can explore the parks through the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

This offer could be booked starting on January 5th.

35% Off Hotels in Disney World

If you’re looking for a big deal on your hotel room, guests can receive up to 35% off Disney World resorts from January 3rd through April 17th. Value resorts are 20% off, moderate resorts are 25% off, and deluxe resorts and villas are 35% off, so you can visit some of your favorite places to stay with a huge discount.

The offer must be booked by March 15th. 

The offer above was recently extended (sort of). The amount saved dips down a bit — 15% for Value resorts, 20% for Moderates, and 30% for Deluxe and Villa resorts. This offer is from April 18, 2021 through July 10, 2021 and must be booked by May 27th.

Florida Resident Discounts

Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets

Florida residents can take advantage of the returning Disney Discovery Tickets starting on January 4th. The tickets are good for one theme park per day on consecutive or non-consecutive days with a Park Hopper option as well.

The 2-Day Discovery Ticket costs $75 per day ($149 total), the 3-Day Discover Ticket costs $60 per day ($179 total), and the 4-Day Discover Ticket costs $50 per day ($199 total).

The 2-Day tickets are set to expire on March 11th and the 3-Day and 4-Day tickets are valid through June 18th. Guests must have proof of residency when they’re purchasing the tickets.

Florida Resident Hotel Discounts

Florida Residents can also save up to 35% on rooms at select Disney World Resort hotels most nights from January 3rd through April 17th. Like the previous offer, you’ll need proof of residency to book these rooms.

Book this offer by April 17th, 2021, and be sure to confirm your preferred hotel is included in the offer before booking.

U.S. Military Member Discounts

Specially Priced Theme Park Tickets

Military Members who purchase any time before February 14th can snag the Disney 4-Day Military Promotional Ticket for $265, the Disney 5-Day Military Promotional Ticket for $283, or the Disney 6-Day Promotional Ticket for $301.

Whichever option you pick up, the tickets are valid now through September 26th.

Annual Passholder Discounts

Finally, Annual Passholders can save up to (a whopping) 40% on select rooms through April 17th! Wowza! This offer must be booked by April 17th, 2021.

It excludes the following hotel options: 3-bedroom villas, campsites, Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. The length of stay on this offer is 1-14 days.

Much like the general public room discounts going on during the same time, this offer has been extended (but reduced) into the summer. Passholders can get up to 35% off on stays from April 18 through July 10, 2021. Passholders must book by July 10th to snag this deal.
