Valentine’s Day is only a few weeks away, and it won’t be long before we start seeing some Valentine’s Day-themed snacks and drinks popping up at Disney World!
We previously spotted a cupcake arriving on Valentine’s Day weekend, but most of the other Valentine’s Day stuff we’ve seen is merchandise, including Valentine’s Day Minnie Ears and a new Disney Valentine’s Day Dooney & Bourke collection!
However, Sprinkles at Disney Springs will be breaking out Valentine’s Day flavors for its February cupcake offerings. First up, Sprinkles is bringing back the Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cupcake, which is a Belgian dark chocolate cake with chocolate chips topped with raspberry frosting. This one is available all month long!
Next up is the Valentine’s Red Velvet Cupcake! It’s a twist on Sprinkles’ red velvet cupcake, with southern style light chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and Lucky in Love sprinkles by Fancy Sprinkles. It’s available from February 1st through February 14th.
Sprinkles celebrates female friendship with the Galentine’s Day Cupcake, which is a birthday cupcake topped with strawberry frosting and candy accents, such as red high heels. This one is available only on February 13th.
But February is WAY more than just Valentine’s Day. It’s also Mardi Gras! So the Bananas Foster Cupcake is returning, as banana cake filled with caramelized banana infused rum sauce and topped with vanilla buttercream and Mardi Gras sprinkles. This one’s available from February 16th through February 21st.
Finally, the Cookie Cupcake is making its return for a limited time. This is a yellow cake with chocolate chips lined with a cookie crust and topped with brown sugar frosting and cookie crumbles. You can grab one from February 15th through March 28th.
Please note that the Sprinkles at Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort is currently closed.
We are READY to tackle all of these flavors – are you? And as always, stay tuned because we’ll keep you updated on all the new snacks coming to Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
