Welcome back, DFB friends! We’re here with another What’s New at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
And, we’ve got plenty of updates to share with you. So, what are you waiting for? Let’s dive right on in!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Food Update
Nomad Lounge
It’s Valentine’s weekend, and there’s no better way to kick things off than with a limited edition sip in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! This weekend, the Nomad Lounge and Tiffins are celebrating the holiday with the new Rose Rosé, which is just as sweet as it sounds.
The cocktail is mixed up with vodka, single estate rye, simple syrup, rose water, and rosé brut with a sparkling gold chocolate heart and a strawberry to garnish. But, you’ll want to hurry over to the restaurants to grab it because it will only be there through February 14th!
And, if you’d like to skip the lines, you can even get this drink to go from the bar for $16! Who’s joining us for a little Galentine’s Day shindig?

Windtraders
After you’ve had that great sip to kick off your Valentine’s, you can also make your way over to Windtraders for a little snack! The original “Celia Fruit” Gummis have returned to the shelves!
While they might be a nod to all the strange and unusual fruit that grows on the flora and plantlife in the Valley of Mo’ara, they are just a strawberry flavor. 😉
We’re glad these yummy candies are back in stock!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Merchandise Update
Discovery Trading Company
We could go to Disney World every day on our own, but it’s only that much better with your closest friends and family! And, the newest shirt at the Discovery Trading totally gets the sentiment!
The bright green tee features Mickey, Goofy, and Donald in front of Cinderella Castle with the phrase “My favorite place with my favorite people on the front.”
Maybe your whole party can wear them during your next vacation for $24.99 each!
Island Mercantile
We may have seen this cutie over in Disneyland, but the Up Tumbler has flown over to Disney World as well! The tumbler shows Russell and Kevin ready for their next great adventure…
…as well as Dug sending you greeting all the way from Paradise Falls.
Plus, this tumbler has something a little extra special since you can fill it up for a 3D image of Carl’s house with the balloons attached to the top!
You can take home the Up Tumbler for $19.99 or you can bring it with you during your quest to become the next best Wilderness Explorer.
Why is This Old Disney Movie Suddenly Everywhere?
Zuri’s Sweets Shop
When we popped into Zuri’s Sweets Shop, we noticed that the store had rearranged its merchandise with various houseware items…
…and helpful kitchen tools like towels, aprons, and more on the shelves!
And, if you’ve never been into Zuri’s, it’s a GREAT stop to pick up your favorite Disney treats!
The bakery case has anything and everything from cupcakes to cookies and even fudge, so you can indulge in whatever your sweet tooth is craving during your visit.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Entertainment Update
Asia
In honor of Valentine’s Day, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is making the parks a bit more romantic with the Mickey and Minnie flower decorations we spotted in Asia!
The bright purple petals form the shape of our favorite couple, and we recommend visiting with your special someone or loved ones while you’re there.
If you’re needing a quick break from your day in the park or you need a place to stop for a snack, there are more tables added to the waterside stage in Asia.
And, after you make your dinner reservations through My Disney Experience or just recount your great day, you can hop over to your other favorite attractions in the park!
