In the last year, we’ve seen a lot of “sprucing up” going on around the Walt Disney World parks, but especially in Magic Kingdom!
Cinderella Castle getting work done for the 50th Anniversary.
Cinderella Castle got a new paint job and now she’s getting additional decorations for the 50th Anniversary. We also noticed repainting happening at the parking entrance for the TTC and several classic attractions are getting golden touch-ups. Today, we spotted another place in the park where there’s some painting going on, and we took some photos to share with you!
Over in Tomorrowland, Cool Ship is a snack stand that’s home to a pretty simple array of theme park treats. We recently noticed some construction walls in this area, and now we know why — Cool Ship is getting a new paint job!
Hey there, Cool Ship!
From what we could tell so far, the colors are a lot more vibrant and refreshed. Tomorrowland as a whole is an area with a lot of gray and concrete, so this pop of color will help liven the place up!
That is one VIVID blue!
When Cool Ship is open, it typically has a small menu. Right now, the options listed online are drinks and churros…and that’s about it. However, because the options are so limited, you likely won’t have to fight the crowds here!
It’s looking nice and refreshed over here.
