Happy spring, DFB friends!
We’ve been enjoying the warm weather, trying lots of tasty treats, and of course bringing you the latest from Disney World! That means we’re constantly keepin’ an eye out for new eats…and we spotted 3 new ones to share with ya.
Mother’s Day is coming up, so that means specialty treats are on their way to Disney World! At Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, you can now order a Mother’s Day Mimosa Miniature Gateau. That’ll be a golden sponge cake topped with a chocolate Cinderella slipper and filed with mimosa-flavored mousse. Yum! It’ll cost ya $7.99.
If you want a different cake, you can try the new Tropical Flamingo Miniature Gateau there, too! This one’s another golden sponge cake, but filled with a tropical-flavored mousse. It’s topped with sugar and a buttercream flamingo, and it costs $7.99, too! Both cakes are an individual serving size, so feel free to have them allll to yourself. 😉
And over at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, there’s a new cupcake! The Artist’s Palette will soon serve up a Mother’s Day Cupcake. That’s a vanilla cupcake with spiced peach compote, spiced buttercream, peach mousse, and a white chocolate hat! It’s $5.99.
You can currently use Mobile Order to snag that Mother’s Day Miniature Gateau at Gasparilla Island Grill. The other 2 treats are on their way! We’ll be sure to try them all and bring you a review soon, so stay tuned to DFB.
