Hello from the 2021 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival!
We’ve been here since day one, trying out all the amazing food booths that opened with the festival, including the Australia booth, Hops and Barley, The Noodle Exchange, and The Swanky Saucy Swine! But nine booths aren’t set to open until October 1st…except..
…two of those booths opened today! While we were hanging around at EPCOT, we noticed that The Alps is officially open to guests! It was supposed to open on October 1st, so this was quite the surprise!
Here’s where guests can grab some returning favorites, like the Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with Alpine Ham, Baby Potatoes, Cornichons, and Baguette, Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese with Baby Potatoes, Cornichons, and Baguette, and Blueberry and Almond Frangipane Tart with Crème Fraîche. YUM!
We obviously decided to dive on in and got some of that Warm Raclette for ourselves. ALL that cheesy goodness… .
We also grabbed that wonderful Blueberry and Almond Frangipane Tart.
And we washed it all down with some yummy Frozen Rose — talk about the perfect drink for a hot summer day in Florida!
The Spain booth is also open today! We had to stop by and check it out, of course!

These could be soft openings or test runs, but we’ll continue to keep an eye on the booths and keep you updated. We’ll have reviews of the new booths up soon, so stay tuned!
