It’s the big day! Today, we’re celebrating Disney World’s 50th Anniversary and Disney has a TON of stuff planned for the occasion.

We’re checking out new food, merchandise, shows, and MORE! Something else happening today is the brand new 50th anniversary cavalcade in Magic Kingdom, so let’s go see Mickey and the gang celebrate!

Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade begins in Frontierland, then continues through Liberty Square, goes around the Hub in front of Cinderella Castle, and down Main Street, U.S.A. First up, we saw the performers coming down the street in Frontierland!

We are LOVING their new outfits and props — they’re so vibrant and fun!

The cavalcade features Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, and Chip ‘n’ Dale in their new EARidescent outfits. The first character we saw was Pluto, looking great for the special day!

Then, out in front of Cinderella Castle, we got better views of Minnie Mouse…

…Donald Duck…

…Daisy Duck…

…and Goofy!

We also saw Chip ‘n’ Dale looking as cute as ever!

And finally, we saw the Big Cheese himself — Mickey Mouse!

The characters were all having such a great time celebrating the 50th — and looking good doing it in their new outfits!

And a little more appreciation for the outfits of the performers…

…because they’re just SO GOOD!
