The Star Wars Hotel — Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser — will be opening next spring in Disney World!

And, it’s sure to be a very unique experience. The immersive hotel will let you eat themed food, hang out with characters, and give you views of space from your window! The anticipation for this voyage has been building for a long time, and today, select groups can book their trips on the Starcruiser!
You can make reservations RIGHT NOW for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser if you’re a member of Club 33 or Golden Oak (the upscale residential community at Disney World).

These two groups are eligible to book a reservation at the Star Wars hotel from today, Tuesday, October 5th, through tomorrow, Wednesday, October 6th. Reservations for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members will be available from October 7th-9th, and reservations will not open to the general public until October 28th.

The first trip will launch from Disney World on March 1st, 2022. Reservations are limited during this pre-sale window, and we are expecting them to go FAST, so don’t wait if you want to book a trip!

Do these go on sale at midnight eastern, or 6 am eastern?
David, Disney has not said. Phone lines are scheduled by Disney to open at 7AM EST, but online reservations (if available) times are not announced by Disney as a general rule. We have seen online reservations starting in the 5AM EST hour, but it could be later or earlier than that. Unfortunately, we just don’t know.

They might sell to the Golden Oak and Club 33 crowd, but for us regular folks? Nah … hard pass. Even though we are hard core Star Wars fans, we just cannot see spending $5000 minimum for two adults to have a two days of Star Wars fun.
I booked a trip for 4 of us during the end of March. The $5000 price tag listed is not for the March bookings, it is for August/September. The actual price for the 45 hour excursion is $7200!
