We love hitting Disney Springs to scope out the latest snacks, and Vivoli il Gelato can get pretty creative with their treats!

We’ve tried snacks like the Pumpkin S’Mores Cookie Sandwich, a cake topped milkshake, glittery churros, and even beer-flavored gelato! This Springs spot is home to more than a dozen flavors of gelato and likes to keep us guessing. So we HAD to try their newest creation!
Mixing a classic and beloved Italian dessert, the cannoli, and a staple cake flavor, red velvet, sounds like a perfectly sweet good time. The math checks out, Cannoli + Red Velvet = Happy Tastebuds! We’re gonna let you know how Vivoli rose to the occasion of this epic dessert crossover!

This cannoli had a standard cannoli shell, and was filled with red velvet flavored cream and sprinkled with chocolate shavings!

The cream tasted great, and the chocolate shavings were the perfect touch of extra sweetness!

While we liked the taste of the cream, there wasn’t anything about it that really SCREAMED Red Velvet. The cream was hearty and sweet, but if you’re looking for the reddest velvet to ever Red Velvet, you might want to check somewhere else. We also didn’t love the texture of the shell, it was a bit tough.
The cannoli was $7, which might be a bit much for the size of this cannoli, but we’re sure cannoli lovers somewhere out there will enjoy it!
