There are lots of different ways to work at Disney World, with one of the biggest opportunities being an internship program for college students.
The Disney College Program is a paid internship program that employs college students for a select period of time, and who doesn’t want to get paid to be in a Disney Park?! If you’re eligible and interested, here’s what you need to know because they’re hiring NOW!
The Disney College Program is currently accepting applications for program arrival dates between May 2022 and October 2022, with departure dates beginning in January 2023. So how do you know if you’re eligible?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in an accredited college in the U.S., having finished at least one semester. You might also be eligible if you have graduated from an accredited college in the U.S. within 24 months of applying.
Note that you don’t get to pick your role, as Disney World will assign you a location and role. The internship rate begins at $14 per hour, and you must be available to work Sunday through Saturday, days, nights, holidays, and overtime.
If the Disney College Program sounds like a good fit for you, you can apply on Disney’s website right now! And keep reading DFB for more Disney news and updates!

Good magical day. I was wondering if you know the colleges that are offering this Disney College program in the state of Florida, or if you know the phone number that I possibly use to get in touch with the Disney College program. Thanks again and have a magical day.
