Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is opening SOON in Disney World, and we’re SO ready to finally get on the ride!
We can’t wait!
We’ve already seen a lot things at the new attraction like the giant spaceship, the queue inside, the loading area, and the ride vehicles. Disney just recently announced the grand opening date of the ride, and some people wasted no time in booking their park reservations, because the date is now unavailable for a certain group of guests!
Park Pass Reservations are completely booked up for all Annual Passholders on the day that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind opens — May 27th.

Even though Annual Passholders are able to sign up for previews before the ride opens, it looks like a lot of people want to be there on the day of the actual grand opening, too!

Note that May 27th is also the Friday before Memorial Day, so it’s possible that a lot of Annual Passholders will be spending the holiday weekend at Disney World. Park Pass Reservations for regular theme park ticket holders and people staying at select hotels are still completely available.

Tickets are are still available for May 27th as well, but they might not be for long, so we wouldn’t wait to grab them if we were you!

Damn! Damn, double damn!!! I have been waiting for the “email announcement” fir DVC members being able to sign up for the tide and, NATURALLY, haven’t gotten anything!!!! Grrrr!!!!

Have you heard if GoGCR will be available for individual Lightening Lane entrance?
I am seeing Epcot as sold out on Monday the 23rd for hotel guests.
Anyone know what is happening that day? Hoping to park hop in later in day!
Oddly (at least to me), May 23rd and May 26th are now sold out for regular park ticket holders. Any idea what that’s about?
I haven’t seen a preview event **officially** announced for those dates, but maybe somebody knows something I don’t. Otherwise those dates certainly stand out to me as odd to already be out of park passes at Epcot.
Hi Shadey! We looked into it and didn’t see anything big happening that day. It might just be a combination of being the week before Labor Day and the new Guardians ride opening later in May.
