Disney World can be VERY crowded, but there are ways to make those crowds more bearable!
You can use Disney Genie+ to skip some long lines, keep an eye on the wait times, rope drop, and more to try and avoid those really long wait times for your favorite rides. Another tool to use is the Single Rider Line at certain rides, and a NEW ride is testing out this option now in Disney World!
There’s now a SINGLE RIDER LINE testing over at Soarin’ Around the World in EPCOT!
We went by to check it out, and the line wasn’t open at the moment because the regular line is too long, according to Cast Members. The sign also wasn’t up since it was closed.
This Single Rider Line is only testing right now, so it will probably only be available during slower periods. We’ll keep an eye out to see if it becomes more permanent!
Single Rider Lines can usually save you a lot of time, but not always. You are only given a seat on the ride when there is an opening for 1 person, so the line for single riders could move fast or slow. And, you can’t always count on the Single Rider Lines to be open! Disney picks and choose when they’re available. Also note that you will be split up from your party on the ride if you choose the Single Rider Line.
If you’re looking for other Single Rider Lines in Disney World, there are only a handful. You can find them at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Hollywood Studios, Test Track in EPCOT, and Expedition Everest in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

I am at WDW right now, and I have used Single Rider lines for Expidition Everest and Test Track. Max 5 minute wait for Everest and 0 for Test Track. I wish there was more of them.
