Well it is, and Disney is celebrating Filipino American History Month with a new recipe you can make at home!
Filipino American History Month is celebrated all throughout the month of October, and Disney taught us how to make Chicken Adobo right in your kitchen! Just like any recipe, we’ll start with our ingredients.

Instructions:
To begin, you’ll need your chicken, soy sauce, and garlic.

For the next step, you’ll need your bay leaves, sugar, salt, and whole peppercorn.

Finally, you’ll add your vinegar, serve it with rice, and you’re done!

This is a great way to try something new or introduce your kids to a different cuisine than what they may be used to.
