We’ve got a confession to make…
…we’re not perfect here at DFB! We do our best to report all the latest news to you, keep up with all the construction updates, and try all the latest snacks, all while taking the best pictures possible of it all, but sometimes, things don’t go as planned. The perfect example? This year’s Disneyland Candy Cane. 😬
So there we were, ecstatic after finally buying the coveted Disneyland Candy Cane. Like many other guests, we waited in line for a LONG time — first a physical line, then a virtual queue. But finally, it was in our hands and we were taking the prettiest photos we could around the park.
But then…DISASTER STRUCK!
WE DROPPED OUR CANDY CANE! 😭 When our reporter went to ask if it was possible to get a replacement, the answer was unfortunately no due to these candy canes being in limited supply. So we thought it was important to pass this important learning experience on to you all — keep a TIGHT hold of those candy canes!
However, there are many other items in Disney that CAN be replaced by kind cast members on certain occasions. For example, if your child drops a treat right after you’ve bought it, or if a toy you’ve bought is broken in some way, bring it back to a cast member and explain the situation — they may be able to give you a replacement! This is never guaranteed, however, so we suggest trying to avoid any potential mishaps in the first place.
