Disney World Confirms Exclusive Menu Item Will Disappear March 31st

It’s true. All good things must come to an end, and with those endings come new beginnings. (How was that for a cheesy pep talk?)

We’re talking about the 50th Anniversary Celebration at Disney World! As you may already know, this celebration will end on March 31st, 2023. At this time, we’ll have to say goodbye to many of the things we’ve held dear for the past 18 months. We were hoping that some fan-favorite 50th Anniversary menu items would stick around after the party ended, but we just found out that at least one treat will be leaving along with the celebration.

March 31st will be the last day that guests can get the EARidescent Sip-a-bration drink. If you’re unfamiliar with this treat, it’s Minute Maid Premium Lemonade with fruity strawberry punch, served in a 50th Anniversary souvenir cup. The cups come with a surprise character and some edible glitter!

You can grab this treat from numerous places throughout Disney World, including select table-service restaurants, lounges, and pool bars! When the drink first came out in October 2021, we got ours at breakfast over at Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

While we’re sad to see this treat leave, we’re excited for what is to come! We’ve already seen some Disney100 merchandise and food items pop up in the park, from Mickey ears to popcorn buckets.

The EARidescent Sip-a-bration isn’t the only 50th anniversary treat that could be departing after the celebration ends. We’ve seen a few other 50th eats start to disappear from menus around the Disney World parks and hotels. As usual, make sure to follow along for more Disney news, reviews, and updates!
