It seems like we’re constantly getting new restaurants in Disney World these days!
Space 220
From the ones that arrived with the 50th Anniversary (like Space 220 and Steakhouse 71) to the newer options coming soon (like Roundup Rodeo BBQ), there are plenty of exciting new places to eat in the parks and resorts. But soon, we’ll be getting a NEW hotel restaurant in Disney World!
In case you haven’t heard — Rosa Mexicano is coming soon to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin! This chain restaurant will have its first location in the Orlando area at Disney World, and we now know that it will open THIS MONTH.

According to an email from the Swan and Dolphin, Rosa Mexicano is set to open in March 2023. No specific date has been set yet, but we’ll be on the lookout for more information. It’s replacing the former Fresh Mediterranean Market inside the Dolphin hotel, which recently closed to make way for the new dining location.

The restaurant will be 5,500 square feet and offer various seating areas with room for about 300 guests. There will also be a 30-person bar and a private dining room for 50. The menu at Rosa Mexicano will have a contemporary interpretation of authentic Mexican cuisine that will include beloved classics and innovative dishes that pay tribute to Mexico’s richly varied culinary regions. There will also be over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits.
