The Very Specific Request You Should Make at EPCOT's Newest Restaurant

A brand new restaurant has just opened in EPCOT and it’s one you might not want to miss out on!

Shiki-Sai

That restaurant is Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya and it may be one of the most unique restaurants in Disney World. Here you can celebrate Japan’s many seasonal festivals with changing menu items and decor, as well as dine on a $300 sushi boat. 😱 But there’s something else that’s really special about this restaurant!

One of the great things at Shiki-Sai is the view. You can get a table with a great view of World Showcase Lagoon — and if you time dinner just right, this could be a GREAT spot to watch EPCOT’s nighttime show (currently that’s EPCOT Forever but a NEW fireworks show is coming to EPCOT soon).

However, did you know you could watch an EXCLUSIVE and unique little fireworks show INSIDE this restaurant too? This is a fireworks show you won’t see anywhere else!

That’s because some of the tables have “windows” that overlook a scene in Japan, complete with fireworks. How’s that for COOL?

Another great “view”

These views are pretty amazing and offer something you can’t get at any other restaurant in Disney World. It makes this restaurant even more unique than it already is.

So if you’re wanting to dine at Shiki-Sai and want to see the EXCLUSIVE fireworks there, be sure to request a table at one of these “windows.” Granted, these spots to sit in the restaurant could become popular, but even if you’re not seated at a window with this particular “fireworks” view, you should totally glance around the restaurant to get a peek at it for yourself.
