Let me start by saying: this thing came out on a literal boat.
No exaggeration. We sat down for what we thought would be a casual sushi meal at Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya in EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion — and instead got hit with what can only be described as a full-blown sushi event. The $300 Fune (which, yes, means “boat”) was loaded, borderline ridiculous, and 100% one of the most over-the-top things we’ve eaten in EPCOT. Was it worth it? Absolutely — if you do it right.
