A NEW food item has hit one of the Japan Pavilion’s most popular restaurants in EPCOT! Here’s what you need to know before you go!

Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya has added a new Wagyu dish to their menu: the Japanese A5 Wagyu Roast Beef served with Shinryoku sauce. The Shinryoku sauce is inspired by Japan’s season of fresh greenery and blends yuzu with spicy jalapeño for that perfect balance of fresh and heat.

This item is not listed on their online menu, so as of now, we’re not sure how much this new dish will cost. However, Shiki-Sai currently has four different Wagyu options to choose from on their menu, ranging from $77 to $88, so it is possible the price is in this range.

Shiki-Sai is also home to SO MANY other great items, including the Grilled Wagyu Gyoza for $21, the Vegetable Udon for $24, and the $300 Fune, which is just a BIG boat full of assorted sushi! And we even go as far as to say that it’s the BEST sushi on all of Walt Disney World property!
