‘Tis the season for a BRAND NEW Disney holiday event!

The Disney Parks across the world typically get special events to celebrate the holiday season and a new one is coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Here at DFB, we’ve got you covered on everything this new event has to offer — from unique events to tasty treats, we’ll keep you in the loop and let you know what to look out for. We’ve even got a FIRST LOOK at the new event map!

The new Hollywood Studios event — Disney Jollywood Nights — is a separately ticketed event that will take place on ten select nights from November 11th through December 20th, 2023. Participants during this event will get to experience the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime fireworks and projections spectacular in addition to exclusive treats and rare character meet-and-greets.

We now have a first look at the Jollywood Nights map and we are BLOWN away by all the exciting experiences throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

All throughout the park, guests will be able to experience unique music and entertainment, including Holiday Fiesta En La Calle on Commissary Lane. You’ll also be able to find Kermit and Miss Piggy hosting a live holiday special at Theater of the Stars with Disney special guests while Jack Skellington hosts a sing-along themed to Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) at Hyperion Theater. If you’re looking for a more basic form of live music, look no further than Hollywood Boulevard where a DJ will spin some holiday tunes.

Two limited-capacity entertainment experiences are also happening during the event — The Hollywood Brown Derby will become a speakeasy-inspired jazz lounge in the vein of a singalong piano bar and The Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard will host an “other-worldly soiree” with a ghostly band as a recreation of the Tip Top Club of Tower of Terror lore!

As promised, attendees will also have the opportunity to meet some famous Disney characters! Animation Courtyard is hosting several characters including Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto. See “I 2 I” with Powerline Max, Chip ‘n’ Dale, and Phineas and Ferb over at Echo Lake! Be sure to catch the incredible Edna Mode with a 1950s theme and Frozone’s Snow Zone at Pixar Place during the event!

Also featured on the map are special holiday-themed Magic Shots and two new Disney PhotoPass experiences. Each Jollywood ticket comes with complimentary digital downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos from the event. Make sure you wear your best festive Hollywood attire for great photo ops!

The map also points out the locations for accessible rides during the event, including Slinky Dog Dash, Rock N’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, which will use a virtual queue during the event. You can also use this map to find exclusive food and drinks.

Hollywood Studios

Prices vary by the date but they start at $159 and run to $179 per person. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket. Disney Jollywood Nights will take place from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., but ticket holders can enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios as early as 7 p.m. Tickets for the limited-capacity holiday event can be bought on the Disney World website.
