According to Universal’s announcement, “Celestial Park puts the ‘park’ back in ‘theme park.’ As soon as guests enter the imaginative world, they’ll embark on a journey of discovery, thrills, and excitement as they wander through lush living gardens nestled along shimmering waters surrounded by stunning architecture inspired by astronomical and mythological elements.”

Celestial Park won’t just be an ordinary park, though. There will also be an “exhilarating roller coaster adventure” where guests “board a shooting comet.” In addition, there will be some restaurants and merchandise shops.

Speaking of that “exhilarating roller coaster adventure” it’s going to be called Starfall Racers! It will be a dual-launch racing coaster that’ll take you soaring through the skies to see who’s the fastest of them all. You’ll reach speeds up to 62 miles per hour and heights up to 133 feet, and the track is 5,000 feet long!
It will also incorporate dynamic maneuvers like the “Celestial Spin,” during which two vehicles will do an inverted crisscross maneuver. It’s going to be “out-of-this-world.”
That’s not the only attraction you’ll be able to enjoy in Celestial Park. You’ll also be able to ride Constellation Carousel, which is a family-friendly ride that will allow you to spin around aboard constellations. You’ll go forward, backward, and even make 360-degree spins!
There will also be a play area called Astronomica, which is a wet-play area that will double as a compass for the other immersive things you can do in Epic Universe!
