Magic Kingdom is Disney World’s most popular park on most days, home to the iconic Cinderella Castle, unforgettable attractions, and some of the most exciting entertainment.
One of the most popular events in Magic Kingdom is the Festival of Fantasy Parade! The iconic parade features huge, elaborate floats and includes characters like princesses, princes, heroes, Mickey and Minnie, an actual FIRE-BREATHING DRAGON, and more. If you’ve never seen it before, it definitely needs to be on your must-do list! For the past few months, this parade has only been happening once per day, at 3PM. But that’s about to change.
Starting tomorrow, February 18th, Festival of Fantasy is moving back to two showtimes per day, one at 12PM and one at 3PM!
This is fantastic for many guests, especially those who may only be doing a half day in the park — now you can catch it in the first OR second half of the day. (Or you could watch the parade at BOTH times, which would definitely be our choice!)
The Festival of Fantasy Parade is a fantastic parade filled with massive floats, dancing, original songs, and of course, some of your favorite Disney characters like Ariel, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, and so many more.
The parade route starts in Frontierland, runs through Liberty Square, continues into the Castle Hub, and then up Main Street U.S.A. While Main Street is the most iconic place to watch the parade, catching it in Frontierland is often less crowded, and just as great as seeing it near the castle!
The calendar is showing both parade times (12PM and 3PM) for the foreseeable future, but we’ll be sure to let you know if that changes.
