Disney World parkgoers, we may have bad news for you if you weren’t already prepared.
Spring break has really started to impact crowd levels at Disney World, and now we’re starting to see crowds all over Florida. If you haven’t already planned which Disney World parks you’re going to visit this March/April, you could find yourself out of luck if you don’t act FAST.
Planning a trip to Disney World during a busy season (like spring break) requires a little bit of preparation and a LOT of patience. So, if you’re planning to visit the parks on March 13th, well… we hope you’re ready to brave the CROWDS.
On March 13th, three out of the four Disney World parks are sold out of park pass reservations. Currently, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the only park that’s still available for non-date-based ticket holders to make a park pass reservation to visit. Additionally, Magic Kingdom is sold out of park pass reservations on March 14th, 2024.Â
Interestingly, April 2nd and 3rd are already starting to sell out of park pass reservations for people with a non-date-based ticket, with Magic Kingdom already completely sold out.
You’ll still be able to make park pass reservations for the other three parks (Disney’s Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom) at this time.
Keep in mind that most Disney World visitors do NOT need to make a park pass reservation anymore; those with date-based tickets can park hop freely. That said, Annual Passholders and people with certain non-dated tickets still need to make those park reservations. You can click HERE to learn more about the new rules.

It looks like the crowds are really starting to move into Disney World for the holidays, so if you’re planning to visit soon, you’ll want to be as prepared as possible and know that getting into your preferred park now could be a bit tricky.

Hi guys, bit confused, I thought after January 9th pre booking individual parks when you already have tickets for all the parks wasn’t necessary. We’re there March 28th to April 14th so any help would be appreciated

Do you think the crowds will thin out the second week of April, since Easter is so early this year? I hope so, since that’s when we’re going.

To Dean Wallman: If you have “date based tickets” (see in the above article) you do not need a Park Pass, as I understand it. I didn’t understand initially, either. I hope I have this right. I’ll be in WDW on March 19. Why does there have to be so much stress? I don’t want to get it wrong and disappoint my family.
