Disney World’s park hours can be all over the place sometimes, but often, you can find a pattern of sorts.
Cinderella Castle
While Animal Kingdom is typically the first park to close for the night, often Magic Kingdom or EPCOT will be open a little longer. That said, it’s important to check the park hours before your visit for one BIG reason!
While checking park hours for June 2024, we noticed that Magic Kingdom will be closing at 7PM on June 21st. That is MUCH earlier than the park normally closes.

In fact, Magic Kingdom closes at 10PM several days in June. Disney did not share why the park will be closing early on this particular night — it may be due to a private event or Cast Member celebration. No matter what the reason, be prepared to leave the park early that night!

Keep in mind that summer crowds will be in full swing in June, and it will be HOT! Be sure to have water with you at all times, or stop for hydration breaks frequently, and go in knowing that lines will likely be LONG.
