Are you not-so-scared right now? Because we are!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has kicked off in Magic Kingdom, and we couldn’t be happier! The annual Halloween party is running on select nights from August 15th, 2025, until October 31st, 2025. We’re here on the first night to see the parade, check out the crowds, trick or treat, and, of course, test out new and returning snacks!
There are over 45 snacks and treats this year at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! We have our costumes on and our taste buds ready to try them, so you know what is and isn’t worth your money once it’s time for your party night to kick off. Over at The Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland, we’re putting two new items to the test.

The Lunching Pad
During the party, you grab the spooky Skull Cake! It costs $5.49 and is made with banana cake and filled with dulce de leche. While Disney says this is new, it does remind us of the Skull Brownie from the 2023 Not-So-Scary party. That said, how does it hold up?
We thought this was a great treat! Originally, we thought it tasted more like an oatmeal cream pie, but when we really got into it, we tasted the sweet, familiar flavor of banana. The dulce de leche on the inside has a caramel consistency that’s wonderful, and there was an icing spread over the top that stayed put well. It’s very decadent overall, so if you’re a fan of banana, vanilla, and dulce de leche, definitely grab this treat.
To wash it down, we grabbed the Ghoulish Blue Raspberry Slushy for $6.69! It’s made with a Fanta Blue Raspberry slushy and black vanilla drizzle. This one is also new, but you can grab it during the party and during regular park hours. If you enjoy root beer floats or anything with a frothy vanilla flavor, this will be a win for you! We loved how it kept the blue raspberry flavor but also reminded us of a classic float thanks to that vanilla flavor, and we’d gladly pick this up again over a regular blue raspberry slushy.
You can also grab the Jalapeño Popper Dog at The Lunching Pad. It costs $14.99 and it is made with an all-beef hot dog topped with sriracha cream cheese, crispy onions, bacon, and Hades relish. We LOVE this dog. The heat is a low heat, so it’s not TOO spicy. The relish is the spiciest part of the hot dog. The sriracha cream cheese is creamy and adds a nice texture.
