REVIEW: This MASSIVE $12 Cookie Is Changing the Dessert Game at Disneyland

If you know us, you know we’re suckers for over-the-top treats, especially when it comes to desserts.

We love a sweet that’s topped with scoops of ice cream or loaded up with chocolate, but above all, we love a massive cookie! And if you’re heading to Disneyland Resort soon, there’s one place you can get your hands on a cookie that definitely earns the “giant” in its name.

We recently stopped by Sketch Pad Cafe at Pixar Place Hotel to check out a gigantic sweet treat. Yep, take a look at this beauty!

WOW

The Giant Cookie (aptly named) is $12 and has chocolate chunks, berry jam, and caramel sauce on top. It’s dusted with powdered sugar, and it’s definitely shareable, because this thing is the size of your hand, easy.

Huge indeed

It’s soft on the inside, but it wasn’t served warm (rather, more room temperature). It has a sweet flavor overall, and the chocolate comes through well. We were surprised by how much we enjoyed the berry jam, but the caramel doesn’t really add much to the flavor profile.

You have to slice it, it’s so big!

Ultimately, it’s certainly not the best cookie you can find in Disneyland Resort, but it IS fairly yummy. We’d probably choose the Harbor Galley cookies, the Cookie Num Num, or chocolate chip cookies from any of the confectionery locations over this. Its novelty is mostly in its size.

Get it if you’d like, but it’s not a must-try.
