Not only is there a new nighttime parade coming to Magic Kingdom, but a brand-new Villains-themed show is debuting in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, too. A new Pirates of the Caribbean tavern is opening in 2025, too, along with the reimagining of Test Track at EPCOT. But, that’s not all because Disney just dropped even MORE news we think you’ll be pretty excited about!

Disney World has TONS of souvenir options!
Coffee mugs, Mickey and Minnie ears, Spirit Jerseys, and keychains are some popular items that people collect from their trips to Disney World, but there are SO many more options. There are popcorn buckets, home decor, all kinds of toys, magnets, Loungefly backpacks, and so much more. Over the years, the options have varied, and some items Disney has stopped producing altogether, which can be pretty sad for anyone collecting those items. Unfortunately, we’ve noticed one item has started disappearing from the parks and other Disney stores recently.
Who’s ready to get dressed up and go to a Disney Park?

Well, if you’re interested in doing just that, you may be interested in Dapper Day, which is an unofficial event at both Disney World and Disneyland where visitors are encouraged to dress up in their vintage BEST and have a little old-fashioned fun in the parks. Now that we’ve enjoyed the Dapper Day events in 2024, it’s time to look forward to 2025. So if you’re wanting to know about Dapper Day events in 2025, we’re going to tell you all about them.
It seems like EVERYTHING is changing in Orlando. Disney World is about to go through some MAJOR changes in all four of its parks with new lands, new rides, expansions, and more.

Well, Orlando International Airport is also changing in some HUGE ways, so apparently, 2024 and 2025 is the YEAR OF CHANGE in Orlando. We love seeing characters wandering the parks and meeting guests (and even riding some rides with guests!). We are HUGE fans of the EPCOT festivals. And shopping at the stores in the parks is one of our favorite pastimes. There are lots of things that Disney does well that make us keep coming back for more. However, there is one trend that we’ve noticed at the Disney World parks that we wish Disney would get rid of.

We boarded Disney’s newest cruise ship thanks to a media event, and during our sailing, we experienced SO many of the offerings onboard. New Year’s Eve Fireworks
The Holiday season is one of the busiest at Walt Disney World, with events including Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Jollywood Nights, and EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays (including performances of the Candlelight Processional) drawing in huge crowds. Of course, the Holiday season culminates on New Year’s Day! We headed into Magic Kingdom on the first day of 2025 to see what the crowds were looking like.
The holiday season is one of the busiest times of the year at Disney World.
New Year’s Eve 2024
Disney World knows how to celebrate, and that is why so many people choose to ring in the New Year at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Last night, Disney World welcomed 2025 with DJs, dance parties, and fireworks, which drew huge crowds to the parks. With crowds comes longer wait times for attractions, and since there are so many people trying to ride these attractions, it can make wait times and crowds even worse when rides temporarily close. We were shocked by the number of attractions that were temporarily down on New Year’s Day 2025 at Disney World.
