We’ve got exciting news coming from Disney World Resort, specifically Animal Kingdom, that you won’t want to miss!
Yesterday, we saw Disney file a new permit for the park that very well could be for the new Bluey experience coming to the Conservation Station later this year, and now, there’s a new casting call that caught our eye, too. It looks like Disney is searching for actors to bring this new Bluey and Bingo experience to life, and it gives us more of an idea of when we can expect to meet these beloved characters!
The Disney Auditions website is where you can head to find what roles Disney is hiring for its theme parks, cruise line, and more, and a new listing just caught our eye. Disney World is casting for Host actors to bring this new experience to life. Auditions will be online submissions that will be accepted through January 23rd at 11:30 PM. The description of the event reveals that Bluey and Bingo will enter the park to interact with guests in Summer 2026, and will participate in photo opportunities, Bluey’s favorite games, and more. The actors must be comfortable with hosting large groups, improv, and working closely with children.
The monologue that Disney is asking actors to submit reveals that this role will be the front-facing role, directly interacting with the kids and leading the group in the fun games and activities. Callbacks will be held on or around February 27th, 2026, but actors will find out if they’re requested for a callback no later than February 6th. The biggest piece of information? That rehearsals are expected to begin in early May!
We know this will be a HUGE hit for families, since so many kiddos (and adults!) are big fans of Bluey, so we think this summer in Animal Kingdom will be extra special. We’ll be sure to keep our eyes peeled for more information, but based on the rehearsal schedule, it is likely that this experience will kick off in late May or early June.
