There are some pretty unique dining options in Magic Kingdom. You can dine with Pooh Bear and his friends at the Crystal Palace and eat with princesses inside Cinderella Castle at Cinderella’s Royal Table, which is kinda the coolest thing ever.
Another experience is joining the lineup, and we’re pretty excited for it to start. Disney has released a new date, so now we’re circling it in our calendar (and you should, too!).
The Diamond Horseshoe is transitioning to Jessie’s Roundup for Cool Kids’ Summer! Starting on May 16th, the Diamond Horsehoe will close for this new experience to makeway and is expected to return in the fall, after Cool Kids’ Summer is over.
Cool Kids’ Summer runs from May 26th to September 8th and started in 2025. We’re so glad it’s back again! At this experience, you can “join Jessie, Woody, and friends for some energetic fun at Jessie’s Roundup, where you’ll craft, dance, and yodel your hearts out in the western revue.” Disney hasn’t released too many details on it, but we’re pretty excited to be able to experience it ourselves once it’s open.
Over in EPCOT, GoofyCore will be returning to CommuniCore Hall, where there’s a DJ and dance music. Kids get to play with Goofy and enjoy activities like Goofy Says, Balloon Bonanza, and Parachutes ‘n’ Pipsqueaks.
A new (to Disney World) Disney Jr. show will be opening in Walt Disney Studios in Hollywood Studios, too. We’ve seen the show on the West Coast and love that you get to see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto, and it makes you want to get up and dance.
We can’t forget about Bluey and Bingo making their Disney World debut in Animal Kingdom! Once you hop off the Wildlife Express Train, you get to play special games directly from Bluey episodes, grab a photo with Bluey and Bingo, and even discover animals native to Bluey’s home country, Australia.
We’re so excited for Cool Kids’ Summer to start, and we’ll be in the parks reporting all the changes coming and activities. Make sure you keep following Disney Food Blog for more!
