Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
Disney is currently working on several projects throughout the hotels and parks. Some are pretty big endeavors, like turning the Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade in Magic Kingdom into a Disney Vacation Club lounge. Others are a bit smaller and out-of-the-way, as is the case with this new refurbishment project that was just announced for Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort. [Read more…]

Cinderella Castle
Lots of changes have been happening at Disney World’s most popular park recently. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially opened in Frontierland, and the nearby Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade closed down around the same time. That Arcade is being refurbished to become a Disney Vacation Club lounge. Also in Frontierland, the Country Bear Jamboree show has been closed as Disney re-works some of the songs. In Fantasyland, Peter Pan’s Flight has closed for a refurbishment as well.
If you hop over to the nearby Adventureland, you’ll find another attraction closure in just a few weeks!
Does anyone else hear that? 🤔 It appears to be the sound of my wallet crying out for help. That’s probably because it knows about the GORGEOUS new Haunted Mansion Dooney & Bourke collection that Disney just dropped online.

The Genie+ system in Disney World is changing in a BIG way soon!
New Lightning Lane changes are coming
Genie+ is the skip-the-line service in Disney World. Visitors pay for the service — which costs anywhere from $15 to $39 per day, depending on the season and demand — and can then use it to reserve Lightning Lanes throughout the day. When their reservation time arrives, they skip the standby line and use the Lightning Lane instead, which means a lower wait time.
Genie+ has been in place since 2021, and now (almost three years after its initial debut) a BUNCH of changes are coming. We’ve been learning about the new system, which will be called Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and we’ve discovered one huge PROBLEM. [Read more…]

We just stayed at the BIGGEST Marriott hotel in the WORLD. And there was a MERMAID PARTY. Also, a WATER PARK. If that doesn’t grab your attention, I’m really not sure what will.
Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel
Marriott recently invited us to stay at the Orlando World Center Marriott, which, as we mentioned, is the largest Marriott hotel in the world with over 2,000 guest rooms and suites. It boasts a water park (with seven water slides and a lazy river), another pool area, a spa, eight restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, and more. Come with us to check it all out!
