Guess what? We’re going to DISNEYLAND today to show YOU the best times to visit in 2025!!
We’ve got all the secrets on crowds, events, the newest things coming to Disneyland, and more!
Looking for some holiday fun? Head on over to the Disneyland Resort!
The Disneyland Resort offers plenty of holiday activities that the whole family will love, including special ride overlays and festive entertainment and dining. If you’ve got a knack for scavenger hunts, don’t miss the new Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail!
Next year is looking very promising for the Disneyland Resort!
Disneyland will be celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2025, offering tons of special callbacks and festivities. However, before the celebration begins, the resort is treating its Magic Key holders to some special January perks!
So you’re going to have to make a very important decision soon. That decision is all about celebrating the New Year!
So where will you spend New Year’s Eve? Many folks will flock directly to Disney Parks, including Disneyland, to enjoy special New Year’s Eve countdown and fireworks. Many, though, might not want to deal with all the crowds, but might still want to go to a party. Or maybe you can’t get a park pass reservation for New Year’s Eve. Whatever the case, you can still celebrate in Disneyland at a SECRET spot!
Disneyland After Dark events are back for 2025!
These specially ticketed events get you access into the park after dark for extra-themed fun, lower wait times at rides, and exciting extras. In 2025, four After Dark events will be returning — Sweethearts’ Nite, 90s Nite, Star Wars Nite, and Pride Nite. These events take place on select nights throughout 2025, with the first being Sweethearts’ Nite and 90s Nite. Since we’re getting close to 2025, tickets go on sale SOON!
Who’s ready to plan a 2025 Disney trip?!
If you’re hoping to go to Disney World, there will be quite a few new things happening, from rides to restaurants to entertainment offerings. But if you’re interested in a visit to Disneyland Resort instead, you might get to experience its 70th Anniversary offerings! And for those who want to celebrate, there’s a special offer.
Both Halloween Time and the holiday season are a lot of fun in Disneyland.
Not only do both seasons bring some awesome decor, merchandise, entertainment, and more to the parks, but they both bring one of the most fun ride overlays EVER to a classic Disney attraction. Yep, we’re talking about Haunted Mansion Holiday, which is both a Halloween and holiday ride (hey, we don’t make up the rules). However, all good things must come to an end, and now we know when Haunted Mansion Holiday will close in Disneyland, as well as when it will reopen as its original self.
Disney just dropped a ton of announcements about what’s happening in 2025 at Disneyland.
We got dates for some fun After Hours events. We got more details about Disneyland’s huge 70th Anniversary Celebration. We learned when Halloween Time and the holiday season begins. We learned when the Red Car Trolley would close to make way for an Avengers Campus expansion. We also learned when we’d get to see the first EVER Walt Disney animatronic. SO much. BUT...there was something missing from those announcements: details about Pixar Fest!
Things are changing all the time in Disneyland and we do our best to keep up with them all!
Some BIG changes are coming soon, including new stores (some of which have already opened) and restaurants in Downtown Disney. A new Avatar-themed land is coming to Disney California Adventure, along with a new Coco ride. Most recently, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opened in Disneyland — and we’ve got some MASSIVE news about that ride to share with you!
Welcome to the holidays in Disneyland!
The parks are decorated, there’s snow on Sleeping Beauty Castle (and there has been since October!), the Disney California Adventure Festival of Holidays is underway, and we had a chance to check out the first Candlelight Processional of the year. Now, the Candlelight Processional is a little different in Disneyland than in Disney World in that the celebrity narrator isn’t announced ahead of time. So imagine our delight when we arrived at the Processional last night and had a MARVEL-ous surprise!
