Heather Sievers: Dining in Disneyland

Growing up and residing in Orange County, California, Disneyland has been a huge part of my life.  My earliest memory was going for my 5th birthday 30 something years ago. We took my buddy Jeff, and I remember my Dad forcing him to go on Space Mountain (Jeff still talks about this today; my Dad completely traumatized him)! I remember getting Mickey ears with my name on them. I also remember riding the King Arthur Carrousel and wishing I got picked to pull the sword out of the stone…

Nowadays, most of my family’s entertainment revolves around Disney. My husband and I have had annual passes since college and our 2 boys, ages 7 and 10, have been going to Disneyland since birth, making them seasoned pros too! We’ve traveled to Disney World a few times, been on three Disney Cruises.  We are also Disney Vacation Club owners. YIKES! That’s a lot of Disney… One of our favorite things to do is head to Disneyland for dinner — yep, just dinner. Well, and maybe one ride plus a Mickey Bar. YUM!
