has announced a new executive chef to oversee the hotels’ seventeen dining establishments!
Chef Dan Herman will now lead a team of over 200 as he moves from Executive Sous Chef to Executive Chef!
Chef Herman has been a fixture on the food scene at Swan and Dolphin for over twenty years, including work on the Food and Wine Classic that is held at the resort every October! Swan and Dolphin Resort General Manager Fred Sawyers cite the Chef’s “talent and experience” as Herman’s greatest attributes.
