We’re back with another bite of the Get Your Ears On celebration at Disneyland Resort! And this sweet treat comes from the newly reopened Whitewater Snacks in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!
Whitewater Snacks has reopened!
Our Disneyland correspondent Heather (hiya, @DiningInDisney!!) visited this great quick service spot yesterday, where she spotted this fun treat! Don’t worry — we’ll have a full look at the newly opened Whitewater Snacks for you soon! But the Mickey Ears Cupcake is so festive and colorful — we had to review this one for ya first!

The cupcake is topped with a ton of sweet, light buttercream, white chocolate Mickey ears, loads of Mickey sprinkles, and an edible candy candle!

The white chocolate Mickey ears are emblazoned with Happy Birthday and a cute depiction of the Mouse himself!

The cupcake is nice. But I’m really interested in the remodel. I stayed at the Grand Californian last weekend and really missed Whitewater.

Do you know how long they will be serving the cupcake? I’m going end of February and I hope it’s still going to be available!
Rachel, they haven’t established a timeline on individual Get Your Ears On Treats. The celebration ends September 30, and official word is the treats will change out. But hopefully this cupcake will stick around for a month! Have a super trip!
I have been searching for ears, oops, years for the buttercream frosting recipe from the Main Street Bakery. It was the lightest and fluffiest buttercream I have ever had the pleasure of tasting! Any ideas where I might be able to get my hands on the recipe?
