Welcome back to Old Key West!
First up was Olivia’s Cafe!
The plant-based breakfast side is simply Oatmeal here.
While the breakfast entree is a Key West Hash featuring Tamari marinated Tofu hash with roasted peppers, spinach, and tomatoes with fried potatoes.
For lunch we spotted a plant-based app and entree.
The Chickpea and Quinoa Croquettes sound tasty! Chickpea and quinoa fritters with Mango-Aji Amarillo Rojo, Pineapple Rum Chutney, and Arugula Salad.
The entree is the simple Miss Vickie’s Veggie Burger topped with cheddar on an onion roll.
Dinner had an app and entree option for plant-based seekers as well!
The Beet and Citrus Salad features Sangria-poached beets, avocado puree, orange segments, sunflower seeds, arugula, and white balsamic vinaigrette.
The West Indian Tofu and Coconut Curry has crispy tofu in a creamy Caribbean Curry with roasted butternut squash, marinated tomatoes, grilled broccolini, and cilantro.
We’re excited to see the unique plant-based offering being rolled out around Disney World!
Over at Gurgling Suitcase, we had eyes out for their Flavors of Fall drink menu!
We found a large menu out front. Note all of these drinks are also available inside Olivia’s!
We tried the Cranberry Orange Margarita.
This had a great Fall flavor and we really enjoyed it! Tart and sweet and just Fall-like enough!!
Good’s Food To Go
This popular quick-service spot in Old Key West had updated their menu to highlight plant-based offerings as well!
We spied the Mike and Sulley Cookie Butter we’ve seen popping up around the resorts here as well!
Conch Flats General Store
We spotted this adorable Old Key West Resort tumbler back in stock here! Not long ago this tumbler was sold out. You can tell why — look at how cute! Mickey and Minnie are holding hands!!
You’ll spot landmarks of the resort like the lighthouse here as well.
Pick this up for $17.99. We also spotted some more of the newest DVC merch to roll out to the resorts like the super cute patches.
Conch Flats Community Hall
Last but not least, we headed over to the Conch Flats Community Hall to see what was going on.
We grabbed a copy of the October Activities Guide.
We also noticed these cute Halloween activities for kids! If you’ve got a kiddo looking to chill for a few minutes, this is a great activity for them!
And lastly, we spied this WAY TOO CUTE Halloween pumpkin-o-lantern (that’s totally a thing, right?!) and had to snap a pic!
Happy Early Halloween and thanks for coming along with us on a walk around Old Key West Resort!!
