PHOTO WALL ALERT! New Animal Kingdom Holiday Mural is GORGEOUS!

We had A LOT to see and do (and eat!) last night with our live coverage of this year’s first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party along with all the new holiday festivities being offered for the very first time this year at Animal Kingdom!

And one of the best places to soak in all of Disney World’s magical Christmas artistry was at Animal Kingdom, especially thanks to their new holiday mural!

The handpainted mural features the Tree of Life at its center, rendered in a diffused palette of blues, greens, reds, browns, and golds. Arctic critters much like the ones being featured as puppets at Animal Kingdom this Christmas season encircle the tree in grand, flowing brushstrokes, almost like the circle of life itself!

We think this mural is going to make for one stunning backdrop this year — and we’re expecting to see it featured on lots of the Christmas cards and Insta photos we’ll be getting!
