It might be less than a week since Disney World closed, but we’re missing the parks already.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs

While Disney Springs has already closed along with the parks, the Disney Resorts will be shutting their doors TODAY at 5 PM. So, you might want to get ready for the day and head over to Saratoga Springs ASAP for this new treat!!

Even though St. Patrick’s Day was on Tuesday, you can celebrate all week long with the Irish Car Bundt Cake! Thanks to our friend @yellowbeadsandme, you can spot the cake looking as sweet and festive as ever.

The Guinness chocolate cake is filled with Bailey chocolate mousse (!!!) and topped with MORE mousse, crispy pearls, and a white chocolate clover. There’s even a hint of salted caramel flavor to make this yummy dessert even better than it already is!
