March 2020 was a little chaotic, to say the least, with Disney World closing down due to the global health crisis. And in the midst of all that, St. Patrick’s Day got a little lost in the shuffle.

On the very day that Disney World Resort Hotels closed down, we found a brand new treat, the Irish Car Bundt Cake. We got to see it, but weren’t able to try it.
It might be less than a week since Disney World closed, but we’re missing the parks already.
Disney’s Saratoga Springs
While Disney Springs has already closed along with the parks, the Disney Resorts will be shutting their doors TODAY at 5 PM. So, you might want to get ready for the day and head over to Saratoga Springs ASAP for this new treat!!
