We were browsing the shops in Disney’s Animal Kingdom when we noticed something a little unusual.
We’ve had some fun finds lately: LOADS of Raya and the Last Dragon gear, unicorn mermaids in EPCOT, and a Stitch plush that’s just a little terrifying. But this new item made us take a closer look — so we just HAVE to show you, too.
Behold, a Mickey glove keychain that appears completely normal. That is, until you give it a second glance. Why does it have a rubber tip?!
Here at DFB, we’re detectives, so we decided to do some investigating. And we came up with a few options to put this finger to good use. First, we figured it could be used to open doors without touching them! After all, the keychain is SOLID. Much heavier than your everyday accessory.
The tip could also be a stylus for your phone! We tried that, and it didn’t work. So we “phoned” a friend — and he was able to type with it! The first phone we’d tried had protective glass…maybe that’s why it didn’t work for us? Keep that in mind if you’re using this nifty accessory for typing.
You could also use it to touch keypads so you don’t have to! You can hit buttons at the gas station or grocery store with this handy accessory so your fingertips stay clean. We don’t know if that’s the intended purpose, but hey — it works!
This nifty keychain seems like it has a bunch of different purposes! Pretty useful, right? We found it in Chester and Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures for $12.99 if you want to investigate for yourself. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for more unique finds around the parks, so stay tuned to DFB!
