With St. Patrick’s Day mere days away, it seems like EVERYTHING we’ve been eating and drinking lately in Disney World has been green!
From Rice Krispies to panna cotta, we’ve tried it all! And today, there’s a festive new milkshake to sip, and it’s one of our favorite St. Patrick’s Day treats yet!
All over Disney World, green snacks come in different shapes, styles, and flavors…some more successful than others. Now there’s a new contender in the mix, and we’re thrilled to report that not only is it fantastic and pretty, but it’s a sprinkle sensation!
The Good Luck Charm is a brand new spiked milkshake at The Drop Off Pool Bar at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, available March 14th through March 31st!
It checks off all the St. Patrick’s Day boxes, too: it’s bright green, infused with booze, and topped with marshmallow charms! It’s really just an added bonus that it’s absolutely delicious, AND thoughtfully crafted.
It’s a vanilla milkshake with Bailey’s Irish Cream and Svedka Vodka, topped with “Emerald” whipped cream (aka regular whipped cream dyed green) and marshmallow charms. This would pair perfectly with the Lucky Charms donut coming to Everglazed in Disney Springs soon!
That’s all great, but the BEST part is the sprinkles! Kudos to Disney for mastering the art of the sprinkle rim here. There’s a layer of white chocolate along the edge of the cup, and sprinkles are kept in the cooler to maintain their shape and texture! Brilliance.
Although we kinda wish we could have tasted the alcohol more, this is most certainly a fun (and cute!) dessert drink for St. Patrick’s Day!
And it’s not a bad price at $14.
