Welcome back to the Happiest Place on Earth: the Disneyland Resort! Since the theme parks reopened a month ago, we’ve been checking in on the latest construction, food, and merchandise news.
We’re back today with another update on what’s new at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney!
Disneyland Construction Updates
We saw a new addition on the construction walls for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway!
Set to arrive in 2023, concept art was added to the construction walls for guests to check out.
Summer decorations are back in Downtown Disney!
These fun artsy installations need to be viewed from a certain angle for all of the pieces to come together!
Be on the lookout for Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy!

Disneyland Food Updates
Blue Bayou
The big foodie update this week at Disneyland is that Blue Bayou has finally reopened!
The Table Service restaurant located in New Orleans Square welcomed guests back today with a menu that for the first time ever includes alcoholic beverages! Disneyland has been known for being a dry park for many, many years (with the exception of Club 33), but things were shaken up (not stirred!) when Oga’s Cantina opened and began serving alcohol.
Now, we can add Blue Bayou to the list of dining locations that serve alcohol in Disneyland Park. Seating at Blue Bayou is super limited right now, so be sure to grab a reservation as soon as you can!

Avengers Campus
Avengers Campus food carts started to appear including Shawarma Palace Too.
Cast Member previews began this week for the new land, which officially opens on June 4th! In preparation for the previews, we also noticed tables being added to the dining area for PYM Test Kitchen, located outside of the Hyperion Theatre!
We’re counting down the days until we can try some delicious shawarma for ourselves! Be sure to follow along for all of the opening coverage of Avengers Campus!

Sprinkles
Finally, at long last, Sprinkles has reopened at Downtown Disney!
The location closed way back in January, so we’re thrilled to see it open once again!

Disneyland Merchandise Updates
World of Disney
This week at World of Disney in Downtown Disney, we spotted a new collection of pins to celebrate the reopening of Disneyland! These pins are in the same style as the other “Magic is Back” merchandise items that were first available when the parks reopened on April 30th. The pin collection includes this set of six pins that retails for $39.99.
The collection also includes 3 single pins to celebrate the reopening of Disneyland that each retail for $15.99. We spotted a Sorcerer Mickey pin…
…a Sleeping Beauty Castle pin…
…and a pin that features both Mickey and the castle!
We also spotted this Orange Bird tumbler!
It’s not every day that you spot Orange Bird merchandise in Disneyland, so this was a really fun find! It’s available at World of Disney for $22.99.
We had another rare drinkware sighting in World of Disney, but this one was ULTRA rare: the Starbucks tumblers were back in stock this week!
While not new to the Disneyland Resort, these sell out FAST. Grab one if you can for $29.99.
Our final discovery at World of Disney were the new Studded Rainbow Minnie Ears!
These were also recently spotted in Disney World.
Grab a pair on your next visit for $29.99.

Elias & Co.
The new Loki Ears have arrived at Disneyland! Previous spotted in Disney World, these unique ears are available for $29.99 to celebrate the arrival of Loki on Disney+ (who else is ready for June 9th?!).
Speaking of ears, we also found a new pair of Americana Minnie Ears to kick off the summer season! These are also available at Elias & Co. for $29.99. We have seen these online, but this is the first time we saw them in the parks.
We also found two new additions to this year’s Rainbow Collection: bags! The collection now includes a backpack for $39.99…
…and a fanny pack for $29.99!
We also found the new Kate Spade x Alice in Wonderland collection in Elias & Co.! A couple of our favorites from this collection include a Tote Bag for $248…
This super unique “bag within a bag” that features Alice trapped in her glass jar for $395…
…and of course the Cheshire Cat Wallet for $198!
Be on the lookout for the entire Kate Spade collection on your next visit to Disneyland!
Take a look at the full Rainbow Collection available at both Disney World and Disneyland!
Kingswell Camera Shop
A lot of new pins arrived this week at Kingswell Camera Shop in Disney California Adventure to celebrate some anniversaries, plus a new arrival to Disney+. Fans of “it’s a small world” have plenty of new pins to choose from to add to their collection as the ride celebrates its 55th anniversary! The collection includes a Passholder pin for $19.99…
…a jumbo pin for $39.99…
…or, go all out with this mega jumbo gold pin for $99.99!
There are new pins to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Pixar’s Cars as well, including this Passholder pin for $19.99.
We also found a trio of new pins inspired by the upcoming Disney+ series Loki. Each of the pins retails for $19.99.
