It’s time to queue up The Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack and throw on your best costume because Halloween has arrived in Disney World!
We’ve been bringing you the latest on what to expect this fall in the parks, and sharing information about Disney After Hours Boo Bash, Halloween merchandise, and all the spooky food! So far today, we’ve brought you a look at the new Halloween Lunch Box Tart, Witch’s Hat Mousse, Halloween Shake, and MORE from Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but we’re not done just yet!
Now we’re headed over to the Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge where they’re serving up a brand new cocktail — the Misty Whisper!
This limited-time drink is made with vanilla vodka, orange-flavored triple sec liqueur, orange-tangerine syrup, and vanilla ice-cream mix and costs $16. The drink is available now through October 31st.
So, is this new Halloween sip a must-get? The short answer is YES. The Misty Whisper tastes like a boozy creamsicle and had the strongest alcohol taste in comparison to the other fall drinks we had in Disney’s Hollywood Studios today.
The vodka and triple sec blend wonderfully with how sweet the cocktail is, balancing everything out. The orange definitely packs a punch in the Misty Whisper, and overall it is still a sweet drink, but it was still our favorite Halloween drink out of the ones we had in Hollywood Studios today and we found it to be the most balanced.
We’re not done eating our way through Disney World’s Halloween treats just yet, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for more food reviews and the latest eats and drinks!
