Disney is going all out for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary and a big celebration means lots of preparation!

Disney has announced a LOT of new entertainment for the 50th anniversary including the new fireworks show at Magic Kingdom, Harmonious at EPCOT, and a new show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Today, Disney made an announcement about upcoming fireworks testing for one of the new shows coming to Disney World in October!

Disney has announced via Facebook that on the nights of August 30th and September 1st, they will be testing new fireworks at Magic Kingdom in short bursts from 10:30PM to 1AM.

These tests come as no surprise since Disney has a LOT of big stuff planned for the anniversary on October 1st! Two new fireworks shows, Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom and Harmonious at EPCOT, are set to debut on the big day. Along with these new fireworks, Disney is set to open Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, even more EPCOT Food and Wine Festival Booths, and a new daytime show at Animal Kingdom called KiteTails!
