Visiting Disney World during the holiday season can be one of the most magical times of the year, but it can also be one of the busiest times of the year! Planning is more important than ever when visiting the parks in the month of December if you want to have a successful trip.

If you’re visiting Disney World during the week of December 12th, then we have all of the latest park hours and Park Pass Reservation information for you to catch up on before leaving home!

Disney World Park Hours for the Week of December 12th

Magic Kingdom will be open from 8AM-8PM Sunday (12th), Tuesday (14th), Thursday (16th), and Friday (17th) — the same nights as Disney Very Merriest After Hours, which will take place on those days from 9PM-1AM. Magic Kingdom will be open from 9AM-10PM Monday (13th), Wednesday (15th), and Saturday (18th).

On December 15th, Magic Kingdom will remain open for an additional two hours for guests staying at Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts as part of the Extended Evening Hours offering.

EPCOT will be open from 10AM-10PM Sunday (12th) and Saturday (18th), and from 11AM-10PM Monday through Friday. The park will remain open for two additional hours for guests staying at Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts on Monday. The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will take place daily next week, with festival hours the same as the park hours that day.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open from 9AM-9PM daily next week.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be open from 8AM-8PM Sunday (12th) and Saturday (18th), and from 8AM-7PM Monday through Friday.

Current Disney Park Pass Reservation Availability for the Week of December 12th

Guests at Select Resort Hotels

Guests staying at Select Resort Hotels can book a Park Pass Reservation at any of the four theme parks Tuesday (14th) through Thursday (16th) next week as of this writing.

For Sunday (12th), Monday (13th), Friday (17th), and Saturday (18th), guests staying at Select Resort Hotels can book a Park Pass Reservation at EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom. 

Magic Kingdom, however, is currently full for those guests on those days. Keep in mind that Park Pass reservation availability can change.

Theme Park Tickets

Guests with Theme Park Tickets are in a similar boat. They can book a Park Pass Reservation at any of the four theme parks Tuesday (14th) through Thursday (16th) next week as of this writing. On December 12th, 13th, 17th, and 18th, guests with Theme Park Tickets can book a Park Pass Reservation at EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Again, Magic Kingdom’s Park Passes are full on those days as of the time of this writing.

Annual Passholders

Annual Passholders with an Incredi Pass can book a Park Pass Reservation at any of the four parks on December 14th, 15th, and 18th as of this writing. The remaining dates next week have limited availability.

Magic Kingdom is currently booked full on December 12th, 13th, 16th, and 17th.

Park Passes for EPCOT are available on all of those days…

…as are Park Passes for Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Park Passes for Disney’s Hollywood Studios are also available on most of those days, except for December 16th.

When it comes to the Sorcerer Pass, Park Passes at all 4 parks are available on the 14th and 15th. Magic Kingdom is already full on the 12th, 13th, 16th, and 17th; and Hollywood Studios is full on the 16th.

The situation is similar for those with a Pirate Pass, except this pass has more block out dates. There’s full availability on the 14th and 15th; Magic Kingdom full on the 12th, 13th, and 16th; Hollywood Studios full on the 16th.

And again, you’ll see a similar situation for those with the Pixie Dust Pass (again, with more blocked out dates just due to the nature of the pass). There’s full availability on the 14th and 15th; Magic Kingdom is full on the 13th and 16th, and Hollywood Studios is full on the 16th.
