A number of Disney World restaurants have reopened over the past several months, while some remain closed.
Not too long ago, we shared the news about several Disney restaurant reopenings and buffet updates, and now we’ve got an exciting update about one Disney Springs spot!
Many restaurants in Disney Springs are currently open for guests to enjoy. We’ve had tasty meals already at spots like Chicken Guy!, The Boathouse, Wine Bar George, and more. But now it’s time for another Disney Springs spot to join the group.
While Jaleo by Chef José Andrés has been open for a while, the Counter Service spot associated with this restaurant — Pepe by José Andrés — has been closed. But that’s no longer the case!
According to an Instagram post recently shared by Jaleo by Jose, Pepe at Disney Springs is now available once again! The Instagram post notes that guests can stop by the Pepe window for flautas, buñuelos, and frozen sangria from Thursday to Sunday, 4-10PM.
In the past, we’ve really enjoyed the Sangria in this spot (not uber-sweet, but still some sweetness on the back end — so good!).
And we have LOVED some of their Pan de Cristal selections (that’s a thin, crispy bread unique to Spain).
And don’t even get us started on those tasty (but messy!) Patatas Bravas!
Of course, the menu may be more limited at this time so be sure and check to see what’s available when you visit.

We’ll continue to keep an eye out for more Disney updates and we’ll let you know what we find.
