Over at Disney Springs, something new is brewing.
We’re not talking about the creepy crawly ice cream at Salt & Straw or the ghost Minnie treat you’ll need a wooden mallet for. No…we’re talking about the new elixirs, potions, and spirits debuting at The Edison!
Until October 31st, guests can head over to The Edison to grab any of their four signature Halloween-inspired cocktails! You could go with a traditional Halloween flavor, courtesy of the Pumpkin Spice Forever cocktail. It’s inspired by the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte, and is a blend of Stoli Elit vodka, Borghetti espresso liqueur, Faretti biscotti liqueur, pumpkin spice, and black walnut.
Or, you could get more into the spooOOooky spirit with the Eye Drop. It’s a blend of Absolut Citron, Cointreau, acid-adjusted simple syrup and cherry juice, topped off with an eyeball.
There’s also the Blood Donor, which is served in a blood bag! It’s Aperol, Solerno, Espolòn Silver, lime juice, and simple syrup.
And finally, there’s the Red Rum, which features Cruzan rum, orgeat, and hints of lemon, honey, and cinnamon, finished with muddled berries.
But that’s not all — for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Edison has teamed up with Florida Breast Cancer Foundation to offer the Pink Ribbon. A portion of the proceeds from each drink ordered will be donated to the organization. The Pink Ribbon is Herradura Reposado (Top Shelf Spirit), watermelon juice, lime juice, fresh muddled raspberries, and mint leaves. There’s also a mocktail version, made with watermelon juice, lime juice, muddled fresh raspberries, and mint leaves. (You can also find this drink at Mormoto Asia, Maria & Enzo’s, and Enzo’s Hideaway.)
So what are you waiting for?! Head over to The Edison to grab any of these drinks before they’re gone. And, for more to do around the area, check out what’s new at Disney Springs. Or take a look at the bug-infested ice cream you can get at Salt & Straw.
