No matter how much you probably try to stay away, something about those golden arches keeps pulling you back in.
Whether it’s seriously strange marketing campaigns, a birthday party for a *checks notes* purple monster, or new menu items, McDonald’s is constantly coming up with ways to keep us coming back. And just when we learned a snack was coming, McDonald’s is removing others from its menu!
All good things must come to an end — or something like that. According to a report from CNN, McDonald’s is removing three items from its menu! The apple fritter, blueberry muffin, and cinnamon roll will be phased out beginning this month.
McDonald’s shared in a statement that the company is “always listening to our fans and adjusting our menu based on what they crave.” So, it’s possible that these items just weren’t selling as well as they had hoped and the McCafe Bakery lineup is being pulled.
These items were the first bakery goods sold by the fast food restaurant in over ten years and showed up on McDonald’s menus in 2020. Just a short few years later, they’re being removed. It’s also interesting to note that McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme have partnered up to sell the iconic doughnuts at locations in Kentucky, and while the company hasn’t shared if they plan on expanding this partnership, we’ll certainly be keeping an eye out.
So, head on over to McDonald’s if you want to get your hands on these bakery items before they’re gone — and grab some free french fries for National French Fry day while you’re at it! We’ll be sure to keep you updated on all things Disney and food news, so make sure to follow along for more!

I was wondering if you publish info on all that is available from Disney for people with disabilities. For instance, I am able to walk and stand, but not for long distances or extended periods of time. Your help will be much appreciated.
