If you’re an Annual Passholder looking to get into the parks today, make sure you check out park pass reservations first!
The parks have been seeing some BUSY days recently. Not only have the parks been packed with guests, but most Annual Passholders were blocked out until January 5th. As we gain access back to the parks, it looks like we’re seeing some roadblocks along the way — in the shape of Park Pass Reservations. We know that Park Pass Reservations are gone for date-based tickets, but Annual Passholders still have to abide by Park Pass rules unless it is a good-to-go day or after 2PM. We’ve been keeping an eye on the Park Pass Reservation calendar… and ALL park passes are sold out today — except for ONE park.
We’ve been keeping up with the Annual Passholder reservation calendar and it is going to be a BUSY day at Disney World. We saw that EVERY park was sold out of park passes today — except for Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
EPCOT is sold out today, which makes sense because today is the official kickoff of the 2024 Festival of the Arts! We’ve been seeing some pretty decent crowds there today as people are headed there to experience the festival. A NEW Figment popcorn bucket is being released, too — so the crowds could have a little to do with figment-mania, too 🤔.
Magic Kingdom is also sold out today — We’ve been seeing low wait times so far this morning, but keep in mind that it was a rainy morning, and once it clears up the crowds may start to show up.
To top it all off, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is also sold out today! It looks like we’ll be seeing some pretty big crowds throughout the parks — and we’re interested to see how the crowds change now that Park Hopping is back to normal.
So, if you’re an Annual Passholder looking to head to the parks today, Animal Kingdom is going to be your best bet for booking your Park Pass Reservations. If it is after 2PM, you can try to enter a park without a reservation — and you should be good to go unless the park has reached capacity for the day, so keep that in mind!
Annual Passholders don’t need Park Passes on “Good-to-Go” days, but today is unfortunately not one of those days. Some upcoming “Good-to-Go” days are January 16th, 18th, 23rd, 24th, and 28th, as well as February 1st.
It looks like it will be a busy day for Annual Passholders. Keep in mind, park hopping is back to normal so crowd levels may shift a little earlier in the day than we’ve been used to. We’re keeping our eyes out for updates at the parks, so keep checking in with us to see what we find next!

It is MLK Weekend; I personally know a half dozen families from NYC going to WDW this weekend > next week. DVC is fully booked out. So it’s most certainly a busy time of year.
