While St. Patrick’s Day may not be until Monday, March 17th, one of Disney Springs’ newest restaurants is hosting a special brunch to celebrate the holiday on Saturday, March 15th. Here are all the details!

When you think of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day at Disney World, you may think of all the fun green treats around the resorts and the parks, or maybe you think of Raglan Road Irish Pub at Disney Springs. Well, on March 15th, you may want to consider booking a brunch reservation at Summer House on the Lake.

Summer House on the Lake is located on the West Side of Disney Springs, and it is gearing up to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in several ways! If you did not know, Summer House on the Lake is home to a COOKIE BAR. For a limited time, from March 3rd to St. Patrick’s Day on Monday, March 17th, the Cookie Bar will have special St. Patrick’s Day cookies and treats!

On March 15th, Summer House on the Lake will host a St. Paddy’s Day Weekend Brunch from 9 AM to 2 PM. We expect this offering to be popular, so you will want to make sure you snag an Advance Dining Reservation via the My Disney Experience app or OpenTable.

During brunch, you will find savority eats on the menu, like Summer House’s Breakfast Burrito and Egg Sandwich. If you are looking for an Irish-inspired dish, you may want to order the Short Ribbed Hash served with sweet potatoes, sunny side-up eggs, and caramelized onions. Of course, no brunch is complete without cocktails, and there is no shortage at Summer House on the Lake. Their cocktail menu features drinks like mimosa, Bloody Mary, and Aperol Spritz.
