We love checking out all the unique souvenirs and packaged snack options available throughout the World Showcase at EPCOT!
Not only is it fun to see what other countries snack on, but it’s also a great way to immerse yourself in the culture! One of our favorite places to find exciting snacks and candy is at Mitsukoshi in the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT — and a popular snack is officially BACK!
A Japanese snack has officially returned to Disney World! Hattendo Cream Buns have made their way back to the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT. These fluffy, creamy buns are served chilled with a custard center and are available in three different flavors — including one new one.
Three flavors are currently available:
- Classic Custard
- Mellow Matcha
- Strawberry Cream (NEW!)
These treats — straight from Hiroshima, Japan — will be available in limited quantities, while supplies last. You can find them in the Marketplace section of the Mitsukoshi Department Store in the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT.
We love checking out Mitsukoshi for all the unique merchandise, snacks, and candy. It’s a great souvenir option for yourself or others, and bringing some candy or snacks back to your hotel room — or even back home — can be a fun way to extend your Disney World vacation even after it’s over!
We’ll be on the lookout for more EPCOT and Disney World snack updates. In the meantime, make sure you stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for the latest Disney news and more!
